This grand 3-bedroom, 2.5 bathroom free standing house is located in the heart of Port Melbourne and is suitable for families or couples travelling together. Situated just off Bay Street, where you can immerse yourself in the abundance of cafés and restaurants or enjoy a short stroll to the beach or a short tram ride into the city.
THE SPACE
Ground Floor
Enter via the stairs up to the front door or drive your car into the secure garage.
First Floor
Come up the stairs where the first level reveals a large foyer connecting to two bedrooms and the main bathroom.
A stunning light and airy north facing master bedroom offers a beautiful, comfortable king bed, a spacious WIR and a large ensuite with a double sink and double shower.
The second bedroom includes a queen size bed and a single bed that connects to the WIR and accesses the main bathroom which includes a shower over a bath.
Second Floor
Upstairs on the second floor you will enter a light filled, spacious open plan living area with a kitchen/ dining/ living which looks out onto the balcony with delightful views over Port Melbourne and towards the Docklands. You can even watch the fireworks from the Docklands! The modern kitchen includes a lovely Ceasarstone island bench that can seat two, gas cook top, Bosch appliances (dishwasher, oven and microwave), a walk in pantry and a French door fridge.
A large dining table comfortably seating 8 .
Relax and recline on the couch whilst watching your favourite shows on the 65 inch smart TV. NBN broadband is included so you can logon to your favourite streaming service or set yourself up in the study nook and plug your laptop into the monitor provided and work from home!
At the end of the living room is access to a powder room through a laundry equipped with a washing machine and dryer.
Located off the living room is the third bedroom which is beautifully bright, catching all the afternoon sun with a queen bed.
